Day 1 of the CA24167 HUMAN-IT Core Group and WG Leadership Meeting in Bucharest

The first day of the CA24167 HUMAN-IT Core Group and WG Leadership Meeting took place at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, bringing together Core Group members, Working Group leaders and Subgroup leaders.

The meeting opened with a review of the overall implementation of the Action and the main achievements of Grant Period 1. Discussions focused on progress made so far, the development of the HUMAN-IT network, and the priorities to be addressed as the first Grant Period approaches completion. A significant part of the day was dedicated to the progress of the three Working Groups. WG1 and WG2 presented their main scientific activities, achievements, deliverables, remaining tasks and upcoming priorities, while WG3 shared updates on its progress, country contributions, survey development, deliverables and next steps.

The agenda also included a review of communication and dissemination activities, with particular attention to the visibility of Action outputs, community engagement and priorities for the next Grant Period. Participants further discussed the draft HUMAN-IT Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct, including principles related to participation, collaboration, communication, scientific integrity and professional conduct within the network.
