Networking activities - Grant awarding HUMAN-IT COST 24167
Mobility, visibility and capacity building opportunities within the HUMAN-IT network.
Introduction
The criteria for the Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSM), Young Researcher and Innovators (YRI) Conference Grants, and Dissemination and Conference Grants under COST Action CA24167 – Disruptive Innovation and Exponential HRM: Crafting Next-Gen Employee Experience, Workplace, Job Market (HUMAN-IT) have now been formally adopted and launched. These funding instruments are designed to actively support mobility, scientific exchange, visibility, and capacity building across the Action’s four Working Groups, fully aligned with the objectives outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding and the COST Annotated Rules. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis, with a strong emphasis on scientific quality, contribution to Action deliverables (D1–D4), interdisciplinarity, inclusiveness (including ITC participation and gender balance), and the potential to strengthen collaboration within the HUMAN-IT network. Through these transparent and merit-based criteria, HUMAN-IT aims to foster excellence, support early-career researchers, enhance international cooperation, and increase the visibility and societal impact of the Action’s research. All participants are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility conditions, evaluation framework, and reporting requirements before applying via the e-COST platform. These grants represent a strategic mechanism to accelerate knowledge exchange, promote innovation in Exponential HRM, and reinforce the long-term sustainability and scientific leadership of the HUMAN-IT community..
