Description of HUMAN-IT
The HUMAN-IT initiative addresses the profound transformations reshaping the governance of human capital in response to exponential digital technologies and complex societal challenges. As these disruptions redefine the workplace, employee experience, and global job market, HUMAN-IT seeks to develop a forward-looking, interdisciplinary approach to Human Resource Management (HRM). The Action aims to contribute to EU employment and inclusion policies and support broader societal progress aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 8 and 9).

WG3: Social Transformations, Policy and the New Job Market (SPJ)
The WG3 will to investigate the societal and macro implications of technological disruption and organizational transformations in the HRM scenario, based on an extensive gathering of stakeholder viewpoints
