Limited funding for #STSM and Virtual Mobility (#VM) Grants

HUMAN-IT – COST Action 24167 announces the availability of limited funding for #STSM and Virtual Mobility (#VM) Grants to support the finalisation of scientific deliverables within Grant Period 1, ending on 31 October 2026.

In line with the Management Committee’s decision to redirect remaining #GP1 funds towards research and networking grants, including Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) and Virtual Mobility Grants, the Action aims to make the most effective use of available resources to support the timely completion of its scientific commitments.

This is a #competitive opportunity, specifically intended to support focused scientific contributions directly linked to the outstanding deliverables of the three Working Groups (WG1, WG2 and WG3).

Applications should demonstrate a clear connection to an identified WG deliverable, propose concrete and achievable scientific tasks, and specify measurable outputs that can be completed within the remaining GP1 period.

Priority will be given to applications demonstrating scientific relevance, methodological quality, feasibility and a direct contribution to the finalisation of GP1 Action deliverables. All applications will be assessed in accordance with the applicable COST eligibility and evaluation procedures, subject to available funding.

Eligible HUMAN-IT members interested in contributing to the outstanding scientific deliverables are invited to consider this opportunity.
