Connecting expertise, innovation, and policy across Europe to shape the future of HRM and human capital.
A Cross-Disciplinary European Network
HUMAN-IT mobilizes a broad and diverse European network of researchers, practitioners, and institutions, working collaboratively across disciplines, sectors, and countries. The Action contributes directly to EU employment, innovation, and inclusion policies, with particular attention to SDG 8 and SDG 9.
European Impact
By integrating digital innovation, ethical governance, and sustainability perspectives, HUMAN-IT strengthens Europe’s capacity to anticipate and manage workforce transformation. The Action contributes to a more inclusive, resilient, and innovation-driven human capital ecosystem, supporting long-term societal and economic progress across Europe and beyond.
