We are pleased to highlight the participation of Jelena Lukić Nikolić from Modern business school Belgrade / Visoka škola modernog biznisa, hashtag#Serbia, in the XII International Scientific Conference “Media and Economy” (MES 2026) in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, supported by a Young Researcher and Innovator Conference #Grant under COST Action #CA24167.
Jelena Lukić Nikolić presented “Exponential Human Resource Management as a Catalyst for Agile Organizations”, contributing to the visibility of #CA24167 and WG1 – Digital HRM. The conference brought together around 50 participants from across the region and beyond, creating valuable opportunities to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven HRM on the future of organizations.
The conference provided valuable opportunities for international networking, knowledge exchange, and discussions on AI, automation, data-driven HRM, and organizational agility. Insights gathered will also contribute to ongoing WG1 activities and the forthcoming Position Paper on Exponential HRM.
