In July 2026, #WG1 of HUMAN-IT – COST Action 24167 held its online Plenary Meeting, bringing together WG1 members to review progress across the four task groups and coordinate the next steps of the Working Group. The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on the outcomes of the Annual Assembly and WG1 working sessions in #Lecce, assess the progress achieved within each task, collect feedback from members, and coordinate the final contributions to the Year 1 deliverables.
Discussions covered the development of the #research on #exponentialtechnologies and #HRM, the modular research architecture, mapping of national digital HRM initiatives, and mechanisms for strengthening collaboration and communication across the task groups. Particular attention was given to improving alignment between Task 1 and Task 2, expanding the #network of contributors, advancing research #outputs, and preparing the WG1 #deliverables within the Year 1 timeline.
The meeting concluded with a clear focus on finalising deliverables, strengthening cross-task coordination and planning the next WG1 activities, including future in-person collaboration. Another important step in advancing HUMAN-IT’s work on Digital HRM, Artificial Intelligence, HR Analytics and Exponential Technologies.
