Over two intense and inspiring days, the Working Group 2 came together to discuss the emerging findings from Deliverable 1, focusing on disruptive innovation, exponential #HRM, employee experience, well-being and inclusion, and to begin translating this evidence into concrete directions for Task 2.
Through a series of collaborative and co-creation sessions, we worked together to identify key needs and gaps, map priority stakeholders, and co-design possible training, awareness-raising and communication initiatives. The discussions aimed to bridge research and practice by exploring how the evidence generated within WG2 can be transformed into meaningful and actionable initiatives for workers, HR professionals, managers, organisations and other relevant stakeholders.
A valuable two days of collaboration, reflection and co-creation, bringing us one step closer to turning research insights into practical impact.
