HUMAN-IT is pleased to highlight the recent recognition of ignostiq, a company connected to the HUMAN-IT network, which has been featured in Forbes Italia for its innovative approach to artificial intelligence and the future of work.
ignostiq is developing AI-native solutions for Human Resource Management while promoting an approach in which technology supports, rather than replaces, human judgement. At the core of its work is the idea that automation should leave space for people to question, interpret, connect information and make informed decisions.
This approach also connects closely with ongoing academic research on AI, Human Resource Management and the future of work. Collaboration with Prof. Alessandra Lazazzara and the University of Milan is helping bring research and practice together by testing assumptions, examining evidence and exploring how AI can be integrated into organisational contexts in a responsible and human-centred way.
As part of the HUMAN-IT – COST Action CA24167 network, ignostiq contributes real-world perspectives and emerging evidence from the application of AI in HR, strengthening the Action’s broader dialogue between academia, industry and practice.
