We are pleased to highlight the successful completion of a Short-Term Scientific Mission hashtag#STSM by Tarlan Ahmadov, a Young #Researcher within HUMAN-IT – COST Action 24167, hosted by Gianluca Solazzo at the Università del Salento, Lecce.
The visit supported methodological learning and scientific exchange within #WG1 – Digital HRM, Artificial Intelligence and HR Analytics, with a particular focus on the practical application of Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) to real research data. The STSM also contributed to the development of new research ideas, potential manuscript collaborations, and stronger links between computational text analysis and HUMAN-IT’s evidence-synthesis and research-agenda activities.
