Coordinating the scientific, administrative, and strategic activities of the HUMAN-IT Action
Management Committee (MC)
The Management Committee (MC) coordinates the scientific and administrative activities of HUMAN-IT, including financial management, reporting, and monitoring progress in line with the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It ensures effective governance, approval of WG work plans, and supervision of COST Grant allocation, while maintaining gender, ITC, and YRI balance across activities.

Working Groups Leaders
Core Group (CG)
The Core Group, composed of the AC, AVC, and WGLs, manages daily operations, meets face-to-face annually, and reports every 3 months to the MC. It ensures progress aligns with HUMAN-IT objectives and coordinates adjustments if needed.
Management Committee Tasks & Functions
The MC undertakes a set of key responsibilities to ensure effective governance, coordination of Working Groups, and progress monitoring of the HUMAN-IT Action.
Governance & Reporting Structure
The workflow of HUMAN-IT ensures that all Working Groups report to the Core Group, which communicates progress to the Management Committee (MC) and finally to the COST office.
