COST Action CA24167 embarks on a 4-year European networking journey to shape the future of Human Resource Management, work, and digital innovation.
In October 2025, COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT officially kicked off in Brussels, marking the start of a four-year collaborative effort to explore and shape the future of Human Resource Management (HRM), the evolving workplace, and the ongoing digital transformation across Europe.
With leadership positions confirmed and Working Groups structured, the Action has already begun initial strategic discussions to align research, practice, and policy objectives.
Over the coming years, HUMAN-IT aims to:
Build a pan-European network of researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to address emerging challenges in HRM and digital work.
Develop impact-driven strategies for employee experience, workplace innovation, and sustainable human capital governance.
