People Behind HUMAN-IT | Dr Andri Georgiadou

Dr Andri Georgiadou contributes to HUMAN-IT – COST Action 24167 as Co-Leader of Task 2.2 – Mindset, Skills & Education within #WG2. She leads the development of an evidence-based awareness and education programme designed to equip managers with the knowledge and capabilities needed to shape the next generation of employee experience in the age of artificial intelligence. Her work places inclusion, fairness, and accountability at the centre of managerial capability development.

Based at the University of Nottingham, Dr Andri Georgiadou‘ research explores how organisations can adopt AI and exponential technologies in ways that are responsible, inclusive, and human-centred. Her expertise spans algorithmic HRM, the future of work, and organisational transformation, while her contributions to national and international AI standards and governance reinforce HUMAN-IT’s commitment to advancing trustworthy and socially responsible innovation.

💬 A personal insight:
“The future of work won’t be decided by the technology we build, but by whether we build workplaces where everyone can thrive alongside it.”
