HUMAN-IT Core Group Meeting Launches the Action’s Implementation Phase | Milan

The Core Group Meeting of COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT was held in December 2025 at the Department of Social and Political Sciences, University of Milan, marking the beginning of the Action’s implementation phase.

The meeting brought together the Core Group to establish the governance and coordination framework for Grant Period 1. Discussions focused on strategic priorities, the planning of Year 1 activities and deliverables, and the coordination mechanisms required to ensure effective collaboration across the Action.

Particular attention was given to the implementation of the scientific work plan, communication and dissemination activities, networking opportunities, and the organisation of Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs). Participants also agreed on monitoring and reporting procedures, follow-up mechanisms, and a shared timeline for upcoming meetings and key milestones.

The meeting concluded with a common roadmap for the first Grant Period, reinforcing HUMAN-IT’s commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, scientific excellence, and the delivery of high-quality research outcomes that contribute to understanding the future of work in the context of disruptive innovation and exponential Human Resource Management.
