Supporting the next generation of researchers is one of the core priorities of COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT. Through this short testimonial, Tarlan Ahmadov reflects on his research interests, his involvement in the Action, and the opportunities that interdisciplinary collaboration offers for advancing knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and the future of work.
Tarlan Ahmadov is an Early Career Researcher currently working in the non-governmental sector in Germany. His work explores the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, organisations, and society. Motivated by a strong interest in the transformative potential of AI, he joined HUMAN-IT to contribute to interdisciplinary research on one of the most rapidly evolving areas shaping organisations and the future of work.
Over the past year, his research has focused on how organisations adopt, use, and perceive Artificial Intelligence, examining both the opportunities and the challenges associated with its integration into organisational contexts. Through his involvement in HUMAN-IT, he seeks to collaborate with researchers from diverse disciplines and contribute to evidence-based knowledge supporting the responsible and human-centred adoption of AI.
