Digital HRM and Sustainability-Oriented HRM: New Publication

A new publication involving CA24167 researchers has recently been published in Administrative Sciences: “Digital HRM and Sustainability-Oriented HRM: A Parallel Bibliometric Comparison Across OpenAlex and Scopus (2012–2025)”. The study examines the relationship between Digital HRM and Sustainability/ESG-oriented HRM, contributing to a better understanding of the connections developing between these important research streams. Using a comparative bibliometric analysis across OpenAlex and Scopus, the study shows that the two research streams are increasingly connected, although their integration remains partial and asymmetric.

The publication is another encouraging example of HUMAN-IT participants being active within the HRM research community, building research networks and developing fruitful collaborations across institutions and research areas.

Congratulations to Erisa Luzi and Valentina Ndou, and to the entire author team, on this achievement.
