We are pleased to share another Short-Term Scientific Mission STSM carried out within the framework of CA24617 – HUMAN-IT.
Ana-Maria Bercu conducted an STSM in Tirana, Albania, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tirana. Through meetings and exchanges with representatives from the business, institutional and academic sectors, discussions focused on key HUMAN-IT themes such as future skills, reskilling and hashtag#upskilling, emerging job profiles, organisational change and the evolving needs of the labour market.
The STSM also strengthened links between academia and practice, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, comparative research and future collaboration within the HUMAN-IT network.
We warmly thank all participating stakeholders in Albania for their valuable contribution and engagement.
