We are pleased to highlight another successful Short-Term Scientific Mission by HUMAN-IT – COST Action 24167.
Alessandra Lazazzara, Associate Professor of Organization and Human Resource Management at the Università degli Studi di Milano, recently visited Dublin City University, where she collaborated with Prof. Margaret Heffernan on ongoing research exploring exponential technologies and employee experience.
During the visit, Prof. Lazazzara also delivered the seminar “Rethinking Inclusion in the Age of AI: From Algorithmic Fairness to Feminist AI”, contributing to an important discussion on the relationship between artificial intelligence, inclusion, and the future of work.
This Short-Term Scientific Mission reflects one of the key objectives of HUMAN-IT: fostering international research collaboration, knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue around the human and organizational implications of emerging technologies.
We thank Alessandra Lazazzara, Margaret Heffernan and Dublin City University for contributing to this collaboration and to the growing HUMAN-IT research community.
