Gianluca Solazzo contributes to hashtag#CA24167 as a member of hashtag#WG1 – Digital HRM, Artificial Intelligence and HR Analytics, where he plays a leading role in advancing the Action’s research on Exponential HRM. As Task Owner of T1.2, Gianluca Solazzo coordinates the development of the Position Paper on Exponential HRM and the Action’s Perspectives, supporting the definition of research priorities, scientific contributions, and future collaborative outputs.
An Assistant Professor at the Department of Engineering for Innovation at the Università del Salento, Dr. Gianluca Solazzo specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models, with a particular focus on their application to innovation processes, complex organizations, and AI-enabled decision-making. Through his research, teaching, and international scientific contributions, he brings valuable expertise to HUMAN-IT’s mission of exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping work, organizations, and human capital.
