Over two intensive and collaborative days, the #CA24167 Working Group 1 came together in #Bucharest to discuss the emerging findings from WG1 Deliverable 1.1, with a particular focus on exponential technologies and HRM, digital HRM, AI and HR analytics. The discussions explored key concepts, trends and implications, as well as the research gaps, methodological needs and ethical challenges shaping the future WG1 research agenda.
Through World Café and co-design sessions, participants identified key research, practitioner, training and ethical implications, while developing and refining innovation projects with attention to target users, implementation, validation and responsible-AI safeguards.
The meeting also helped define priorities, responsibilities and next steps for WG1 activities and Grant Period 2, moving from research insights toward practical and stakeholder-oriented outcomes.
