As part of its ongoing networking and dissemination activities, COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT is pleased to support the kick-off event of the Special Interest Group (SIG) on Digital HRM & Organization (DHRMO), established within the Italian Association of Management Engineering (AiIG).
The online event will take place on 13 April 2026 at 15:00 CET and will bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging developments in Digital Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, and the future of work.
The programme will feature a keynote lecture by Prof. Dr. Nevila Xhindi, Chair of COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT, entitled “Exponential HRM: Shaping a New Future for Human Capital.” The keynote will explore how exponential technologies are reshaping Human Resource Management and the capabilities required to support the next generation of employee experience.
The webinar will also include contributions from international scholars addressing a range of topics, including:
- Artificial Intelligence and personality traits;
- Algorithmic HRM and platform work;
- HR analytics and future competencies.
The event represents an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the HUMAN-IT network and the broader Digital HRM research community, fostering knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of work.
